The regular meeting of the Windsor Charter Township Planning Commission was called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairperson Holtz.

Holtz moved and Johnson seconded to approve the agenda as amended, adding New Genetics Medical Marihuana Special Use Permit renewal to New Business. Roll Call Carried 6-0.
Pray moved and Johnson seconded to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as written. Roll Call Carried 6-0.
The Public Hearing for Green Peak Industries Adult Use Marihuana Special Use Permit was called to order by Chairperson Holtz at 7:02 pm.
With no
comments or questions from the public, Chairperson Holtz closed the public
hearing for Green Peak Industries Adult Use Marihuana Special Use Permit at
7:04 pm.
The Public Hearing for New Genetics Adult Use Marihuana Special Use Permit was called to order by Chairperson Holtz at 7:04 pm.
With no
comments or questions from the public, Chairperson Holtz closed the public
hearing for New Genetics Adult Use Marihuana Special Use Permit at 7:06 pm.

Board of Trustees: At the last meeting update was given on 9995 Billwood Hwy and approval was given on one additional Class C Medical Marihuana Permit for New Genetics.

progress report was given on the Special Use Permit for Mason Terra, LLC. An annual review was conducted. Pray
moved and Pisano seconded to approve renewal of Mason Terra, LLC Special Use
Permit for another year, as they have met requirements. New expiration date 4-23-2021.

renewal of Therapeutic Health Choice Special Use Permit for another year. New expiration date 4-23-2021.

held on coinciding renewal dates for Medical and Adult Use Marihuana Special
Use Permits. Holtz moved and Johnson seconded to approve renewal of New Genetics,
LLC Special Use Permit for another year, as they have met requirements. New expiration date 5-22-2021.

Pray moved and Pisano seconded to recommend to the Township Board to
approve Green Peak Industries Special
Use Permit for an Adult Use Marihuana cultivation and processing facility for
property located at 10070 Harvest Park (Parcel ID # 080-002-100-022-01) and
coincide the renewal date with their Medical Marihuana Special Use Permit, to
expire on October 10, 2020, based upon the following reasoning: 1) The applicant received special land use
approval for the cultivation and processing of medical marihuana on October 10,
2017 and has operated in compliance with the provisions of the Windsor Charter
Township Zoning Ordinance since that time. 2) The proposed adult use marihuana
operation will be similar in nature to the existing medical marihuana use and
will take place entirely within the existing medical marihuana facility.

Pray moved and Pisano seconded to recommend to the Township Board to
approve New Genetics, LLC Special Use Permit for an Adult Use Marihuana
cultivation facility for property located at 10310 Harvest Park (Parcel ID #
080-002-100-022-05) and coincide renewal date with Medical Marihuana Special
Use Permit to expire on May 22, 2021, based upon the following reasoning: 1) The applicant received special land use
approval for the cultivation of medical marihuana on May 22, 2018 and has
operated in compliance with the provisions of the Windsor Charter Township
Zoning Ordinance since that time. 2) The proposed adult use marihuana operation
will be similar in nature to the existing medical marihuana use and will take
place entirely within the existing medical marihuana facility.
