The meeting was called to
order at 6:00 pm by Supervisor Slucter.
Present: Slucter, Rumsey, Fritts, Piper, Pray and
Pisano
Absent: Myers
Piper moved and Pisano seconded to approve the agenda
as written. Carried 6-0.

Slucter offered and Piper
supported to accept the recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve
Creyts Road Exchange Company Special Use Permit to construct a 44,000-sf
engineered steel industrial building, on Lot #5 of Harvest Park, to be leased
for storage purposes and/or “marihuana related use” as it is found to meet the
general standards as provided for in Article VIII of the Ordinance with the conditions of providing additional information
as noted in section 3, 4 & 5 of the staff report, all future tenant for
“marihuana related use” must obtain additional special use permits for their
intended use prior to commencement of such use., all Emergency Service
requirements must be met and the additional condition of sanitary sewer
inspection ports be provided for each tenant.

Exchange Company Special Use Permit approved: 6-0-1.
Slucter offered and Pray
supported to accept the recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve Lake
Life Farms Inc Special Use Permit to add an Adult Use Marihuana cultivation and
processing to its existing facility, located at 10350 Harvest Park (Parcel No.
080-002-100-022-04), as its found to meet the general standards of Article VIII
of the Ordinance and coincide the renewal date with their Medical Marihuana
Special Use Permit to expire on January 22, 2022.

Lake Life
Farms Inc Special Use Permit approved: 6-0-1.
Rumsey offered and Pray
supported to approve one (1) Adult Use Marijuana Class C Grower and one (1)
Adult Use Processor Facility Permits for Lake Life Farms, 10350 Harvest Park as
they have complied with requirements.

Farms Inc Adult Use Facility Permits approved: 6-0-1
Pray moved and Piper seconded to remove the renewal
requirement on Rising Star Special Use Permit. Motion Carried: 6-0.
With no further business Supervisor Slucter adjourned the meeting at 8:22 6:22 pm.
