The regular meeting of the Windsor Charter Township Planning Commission was called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairperson Holtz.
Present: Holtz, Johnson, Sabourin, Fabijancic and Bowen
Absent: Pray
Also Present: Asst. Chief Fabijancic, Lisa Rumsey (Clerk), Pete Preston (Consultant)
Johnson moved and Bowen seconded to approve the agenda as written. Carried 5-0.
Bowen moved
and Fabijancic seconded to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as
written.
Carried 5-0.

Board of Review: None
Reports & Announcement: 1) Michigan Association of Planning Annual Conference, Planning Michigan 2021, is being held virtual on October 27 – 29, 2021. 2) Roderic Collins Jr. has resigned from the Planning Commission due to scheduling conflicts.

New Business:
An
annual review was conducted on Fresh Coast Cannabis & Fresh Coast Edibles
Special Use Permit. Holtz moved and Johnson seconded to approve the renewal of Fresh Coast
Cannabis & Fresh Coast Edibles Special Use Permit for another year, as they
have met requirements. New expiration date
9-22-22.

progress report was given on Harvest Park road dedication. An annual review was conducted on Green Peak
Industries, LLC, Harvest Park Special Use Permits. Bowen
moved and Holtz seconded to approve the renewal of Green Peak Industries, LLC,
Harvest Park Special Use Permits for another year, as they have met
requirements. New expiration date 10-10-22.

Old Business:
Pete Preston, Planning Consultant, distributed Draft
Master Plan to neighboring communities for a 63 day review. At the October Planning Commission meeting,
work will continue on updating the zoning ordinance.
