REGULAR MEETING

The regular meeting of the Windsor Charter Township Planning Commission was called to order at 7:01 pm by Chairperson Holtz.
Present: Holtz, Pray, Sabourin, and Barnhart-Smith
Absent: Johnson, Fabijancic and Bowen
Also Present: Asst Chief Fabijancic and Clerk Rumsey
Pray moved and Barnhart-Smith seconded to
approve the agenda as written. Motion carried
unanimously.
Holtz moved and Pray seconded to approve
the minutes of the previous meeting as written. Motion carried unanimously.
Reports:
Township Board: Re-tabled two Harvest Park Special Use Permit Renewals and approved a Budget Amendment to the Dimondale/Windsor Wastewater Treatment Plant 2023-2024 Budget
Board of Appeals: A Board of Appeals hearing will be held on May 4, 2023 at 6:30 pm.
Board of Review: March Board of Review has been completed.
Reports & Announcements: Windsor Township Roadside 2nd Annual Community Clean Up Day is scheduled for Saturday, May 6th starting at 9 AM. Contact Jim Bogi if you would like to sign up to help.

Unfinished Business:
Pray moved and Sabourin
seconded to un-table Stillwater Brands Michigan Special Use Permit
renewal. Motion carried
unanimously. An update of the
facility was given by a representative from Stillwater Brands Michigan. After a discussion was held, Sabourin
moved and Pray seconded to recommend to the Township Board to approve the
renewal of Stillwater Brands Michigan Medical and Adult-Use Marijuana
Processing facility Special Use Permit for Lot 5, Suite A in Harvest Park.

Nays: None

Motion Carried.
New Business:
An update was provided on Mason
Terra Special Use Permit. Pray moved
and Sabourin seconded to recommend to the Township Board to approve the renewal
of Mason Terra Medical Marijuana Cultivation facility Special Use Permit for
Lot 2A & 2B in Harvest Park.

Nays: None

Motion Carried.
Discussion was held on Therapeutic
Health Choice Special Use Permit. Holtz
moved and Pray seconded to recommend to the Township Board to approve the
renewal of Therapeutic Health Choice Medical Marijuana Testing Lab Special Use
Permit for Lot 6 in Harvest Park.
