WINDSOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

REGULAR MEETING

JANUARY 8, 2025 – MEETING ROOM

Chairperson Holtz called to order the Windsor Charter Township Planning Commission at 7:00 pm.

Present: Holtz, Johnson, Pray, Sabourin, Fabijancic, Bowen and Pisano

Absent: None

Also Present: Asst Chief Fabijancic, Assessor Pete Preston and Clerk Barnhart-Smith

Johnson moved and Bowen seconded to approve the agenda as written. Motion carried unanimously.

Bowen moved and Johnson seconded to approve the minutes of the previous meeting as written. Motion carried unanimously.

Reports:

Township Board: Since the last Planning Commission meeting 1) Adopted 2025 Holiday Policy, 2025 Meeting Policy and 2025 Fee Schedule Resolutions. 2) Approved Kyle Baker as the new Public Service Director. 3) The Board appointed Sandy Pray to the Planning Board.

Board of Appeals: None

Board of Review: Board of Review met in December to do corrections.

Reports & Announcements: Matt Bowen announced for 2024, the Old Newsboy sales drive collected over $200.00, despite the terrible conditions.

New Business:

Holtz moved and Pisano seconded to set a Public Hearing date for The Terrington SUP application for the next Planning Commission meeting on February 12, 2025 at 7pm. Motion carried unanimously.

Holtz moved and Johnson seconded to set a Public Hearing date for Billie & Gary Fish’s SUP application for the next Planning Commission meeting on February 12, 2025 at 7pm. Motion carried unanimously.

Holtz moved and Fabijancic seconded to recommend to the Township Board to renew SUP for DJ Landscape. Motion carried unanimously.

With no further business, Chairperson Holtz adjourned the meeting at 7:22 pm.
