SPECIAL MEETING FEBRUARY 25, 2025

PROPOSED

Supervisor Shaw called to order the Special Meeting at 7:00 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Shaw, Rumsey, Barnhart-Smith, Gardner, and VanElls

Absent: Pray and Myers

Barnhart-Smith moved and Gardner seconded to approve the agenda as written. The motion carried unanimously.

Hear Public Present for Agenda Items: None

Shaw moved and Rumsey seconded to accept the Dimondale/Windsor Sewer Board’s recommendation and approve the Dimondale/Windsor Wastewater Treatment Plant 2025-2026 Budget as written. 4 Yays, 1 Nays, Motion carried.

With no further business, Supervisor Shaw adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:10 pm.
