SPECIAL MEETING JUNE 4, 2026

Supervisor Shaw called to order the Special Meeting at 7:00 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Shaw, Rumsey, Barnhart-Smith, Gardner, Pray, Myers and Slucter

Absent: None

Slucter moved and Gardner seconded to approve the agenda as written. The motion carried unanimously.

Hear Public Present for Agenda Items: None

Trustee Slucter moved, supported by Treasurer Rumsey, to approve the bid submitted by Concord Excavating and Grading, Inc. for the Grand Pointe Subdivision Water Main Improvement Project in the amount of $2,583,436.50, and to authorize the Township the Supervisor to execute the construction contract and all related project documents on behalf of Windsor Charter Township.

Ayes: Shaw, Rumsey, Barnhart-Smith, Gardner, Pray, Myers and Slucter

Nays: None

Absent: None

Motion Carried.

With no further business, Supervisor Shaw adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:31 pm.
