RESOLUTION NO. 26-009

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MODIFICATION TO CONSUMERS ENERGY LIGHTING CONTRACT

At a regular meeting of the Windsor Charter Township Board held on May 26, 2026, at the Windsor Charter Township Hall, Windsor Charter Township, Eaton County, Michigan.

Present: Barnhart-Smith, Myers, Pray, and Gardner

Absent: Shaw, Rumsey, Slucter.

WHEREAS, Consumers Energy Company and Windsor Charter Township previously entered into a Standard Lighting Contract dated January 14, 2019, Contract Number 103036071431; and

WHEREAS, Consumers Energy Company has requested authorization to make modifications to the lighting system covered under the existing contract identified as:

• Lighting Type: General Unmetered Light Emitting Diode Lighting Rate (GU-LED)
• Notification Number: 1075783884

NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED That the Windsor Charter Township Board hereby authorizes Consumers Energy Company to make the requested changes to the lighting system(s) covered by the existing Standard Lighting Contract dated May 26, 2026.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except for the changes authorized herein, all provisions of the existing Standard Lighting Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
