BUDGET AMENDMENT

RESOLUTION #26-010

At a regular meeting of the Windsor Charter Township Board held in the Meeting Room, 300 W. Jefferson, Dimondale, Michigan, on the 12th day of May, 2026.

PRESENT: Shaw, Barnhart-Smith, Pray, Rumsey, Slucter, and Gardner

ABSENT: Myers

The following Resolution was offered by Shaw and supported by Rumsey:

WHEREAS, the Windsor Charter Township Board adopted an Appropriation Act on the 27^th day of January, 2026; and

WHEREAS, the budget for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2027, was adopted as part of the Appropriations Act; and

WHEREAS, specific conditions have altered estimated and anticipated revenues and expenditures for certain accounts;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: the Windsor Charter Township board does hereby amend the budget for the General Fund for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2027, for the following purposes:

To increase expenditures for Sewer Fund, Capital Outlay (590-527-970) from $130,990 to $168,260 for costs related to the fine screen replacement in the headworks building and the purchase of (2) RES pumps.

Nays: None

Absent: Myers

This Resolution declared adopted this 12th day of May, 2026.
